Amarone är faktiskt ett av de få rödviner som enligt mig passar till ost, och gärna till den lagrade parmesanen. Men visst fungerar vinet även till kött men det bör vara rätter med mycket smak och gärna lite söta tillbehör så som rotfrukter eller barbecuesås.
